This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service and should be read alongside them.
1) Where we ship

Domestic: USA

International: We ship worldwide to most countries. Some locations may be restricted due to carrier limits, customs, or product regulations (e.g., lithium batteries).
Age-restricted products: Delivery may require adult (21+) signature where applicable.
2) Handling times

Processing time: 1–2 business days for in-stock items (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

Pre-orders/Backorders: See the product page for the estimated ship window. You can cancel a pre-order before shipment for a full refund.
3) Shipping options & costs

We offer multiple carrier options shown at checkout (method, ETA, and cost).

Free shipping: We offer free 2-5 days shipping via FBA. For Pre Orders, please see the checkout page.

Expedited options are available at an extra cost. All delivery times are estimates and begin after your order is processed and you receive a tracking email.
4) Pre-Orders shipping

We deliver mostly everywhere in the world.

Lead time is 14-21 days. Discounts offered for longer shipping.

Sales Tax and Import fees depends on the country. No import fees for USA. Please contact us for orders outside of the US.

5) Tracking & delivery
-
You’ll receive a tracking link by email/SMS when your order ships.

If a package shows “Delivered” but you can’t locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and your building/concierge first, then contact us within 5 business days.
6) Address changes & undeliverable packages

We can update the address before a label is created. After dispatch, changes aren’t guaranteed and may incur carrier fees.

Refused or undeliverable packages (wrong/incomplete address, uncollected) may incur two-way shipping and processing fees deducted from any refund.
7) International shipments, duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST, brokerage, and local fees upon arrival. These charges are not included at checkout unless stated and are the customer’s responsibility.

Please ensure the product complies with local regulations before ordering (battery transport rules, age restrictions, etc.).
8) Damaged or missing items

Inspect your order upon delivery. If items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact [support@ethernastore.com] within 7 days with photos of the packaging and product so we can fix it (replacement or refund after review).
9) Lithium-ion battery notice

Our devices contain lithium-ion batteries. Some carriers/regions impose transport restrictions (e.g., air shipping or PO boxes). We’ll choose a compliant method and may split shipments if needed.
10) PO boxes & military addresses

PO Boxes: Some expedited or battery-restricted services cannot deliver to PO boxes.

APO/FPO/DPO: Delivery is available for select services; transit times may be longer.
11) Shipping restrictions

We do not ship to countries or regions under applicable sanctions/embargoes or where our products are prohibited. Orders to restricted destinations will be canceled and refunded.
12) Late or delayed deliveries

Carriers may experience delays due to weather, customs, or peak seasons. We’ll keep you posted and provide a revised estimate when possible.
13) Returns related to shipping

For return eligibility and instructions, see our Refund & Returns Policy. Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
