1) Summary

Warranty: 1-year free part replacement for defects in materials or workmanship.

Returns: 1-month (30 days) change-of-mind return window from delivery.

Statutory rights: This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
2) What’s covered (Warranty)
For 12 months from the delivery date, Etherna will provide replacement parts at no charge if the product fails due to manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship during normal, intended use.
Examples of covered parts (non-exhaustive):

Heating assembly and control board

Internal wiring and connectors
-
Device shell/structural components (non-cosmetic failure)

Power/charging interface (port-level defect)
If a covered part is unavailable, Etherna may, at its option:
(a) substitute an equivalent part, or
(b) replace the unit with a new or refurbished unit of equal or better function, or
(c) offer a refund pro-rated to the remaining warranty period.
3) What’s not covered

Accidental damage or misuse: drops, impacts, liquid ingress, exposure to extreme heat, sand/dust ingress, improper cleaning, unauthorized modifications.

Cosmetic wear: scratches, discoloration, normal wear/tear.

Consumables & accessories: mouthpieces, hoses, filters, seals, gaskets, external cables (unless DOA/defective on arrival).

Third-party parts or damage caused by them.

Damage from wrong charger or power supply, power surges, or using non-approved accessories.

Commercial/ rental use (unless expressly agreed in writing).
-
Unauthorized service: any repair or opening by non-authorized personnel voids this warranty.
Battery note: Lithium-ion batteries are consumable components. Capacity loss over time is normal and not a defect. Coverage applies to manufacturing defects (e.g., failure to charge, severe swelling) within the warranty period when used as directed.
4) Returns (Change of Mind) — 30 Days
You may return eligible, unused products in original packaging with all accessories within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.

Start a return: email support@ethernastore.com before sending anything back.

Condition: items showing use, missing parts, or damaged packaging may be rejected or partially refunded.

Shipping: if the return is not due to our error (defect/incorrect item), return shipping may be deducted from your refund or charged at label issuance.

Pre-orders: cancellable for a full refund before shipment; after shipment, standard 30-day rules apply.

5) How to make a warranty claim

Email support@ethernastore.com with your order number, serial (if present), description of the issue, and photos/video showing the fault.

Our team may perform remote troubleshooting and request additional info.

If approved, we’ll send:
-
an RMA number,
-
instructions, and (if required) a prepaid label for the defective part/unit.

On receipt and inspection, we’ll ship the replacement part or apply an alternative remedy (Section 2).
DOA/Incorrect item: Contact us within 7 days of delivery; we’ll replace or refund after verification.
6) Shipping costs (warranty)

If the claim is approved as a manufacturing defect, we cover the cost of sending the replacement part to you.

We may ask you to return the faulty part/unit for analysis. If the item is found not defective (e.g., damage, misuse), we may charge return shipping and a diagnostic fee.
7) Limitations
This limited warranty is the exclusive warranty given by Etherna for the product. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Etherna is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost use or lost profits).

Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product.
Some regions do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages; these limitations may not apply to you.
8) Region-specific notices

EU/EEA & UK consumers: You may have statutory remedies (e.g., legal guarantee of conformity) that may last up to 2 years and operate in addition to this policy. Where local law provides a longer mandatory guarantee or different remedies, those prevail.

California & certain U.S. states: consumer protection laws may grant additional rights; nothing here limits those.
9) Transferability & proof of purchase
This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is transferable only if the recipient can present the original proof of purchase and the product remains within the original warranty period.
10) Safety & proper use

Use only as directed in the User Guide.

Use approved chargers and follow all battery safety instructions.
-
Keep ventilation clear; never operate near water, open flames, or in prohibited locations.
